All products sold at Prefazel are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery wait times.

How delivery works: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files instantly. Your files are also accessible at any time through your order confirmation page.

File formats: Products are delivered as PDF files, compatible with any device — phone, tablet, or computer. No special software is required beyond a free PDF reader.
